I test drove vehicle found that front brakes are metal to metal. And had to jump start it battery was dead.

Remove and replace vvt seloniod. Seloniod Bad setting code p2646
Remove and replace rear brake pads and rotors. Brake pads are really low and causing a grinding noise.
The next set of testing is to test all components or parts in that circuit to determine fault to estimate repairs. The only Red Flag is when vehicle is running the rear hatch ajar light is on dash.

Timing belt is failing causing engine noise. Engine is a interference engine. Vehicle has 3 different tires. All tires are dry rotted and front tires are at 3/32 and 5/32. Spark plugs are worn out. Throttle body is dirty. Rear shocks are blown and leaking. Serpentine belt needs replace. Front sway bar link bushings are worn and dry rotted.Right front CV axle boot is busted open.Exhuast needs replaced front tor rear. Front brakes are at 8mm. Rear brakes are at 6mm. Rear uni body is completely rusted out and rear suspension cradle is falling out.Battery test 186 cca low. Battery terminals are corrode. Brake fluid is dark and test bad.TPMS sensors are faulty. Vehicle has multiple fault codes in computer.
